The Instrument Test Fixture (ITF) was designed to help facilitate calibration and testing of Instruments, pulsing, and Automated Meter Reading equiptment (AMR). It simply rotates as a meter drive would with user defined speed and rotation direction. It requires 120 volts a.c.
